This is the Alien Alphabet (or Alien Language) section. Here you'll find information, how to decode and how to encode the Futurama Alien Alphabets. Inspired by the Alien Alphabet section by "Aliens Unlimited"

The Futurama Alien Alphabet 2 (AA2 or Alien Language 2) is kind of more difficult. The simple way to describe the AA2 is to say that the "next letter is given by the summation of all previous letters plus the current letter" but you've to notice that if you surpass the last letter with the summation, you'll have to continue from the last to first letter. Also, don't forget to ignore all the blank spaces in a AA2 phrase (you can add the spaces later).

Decoding

Steps to calculate the letter numbers:

1. First Identify all the symbol numbers with the AA2 chart (Ignore the blank spaces of the sentence being decoded)
2. The first letter number is the first symbol number
3. The next letter number is the [ANSWER] between the respective symbol number less (-) the previous symbol number
   • if the [ANSWER] is negative (-), you must add (+) 26
4. Repeat the step 3 with all the next symbol numbers

Then you take the [letter numbers] and assign the respective letters of the Letters chart

Decoding AA2 Example:

= 19, 24, 13

T = [19],
F = 24 - 19 = [5]
P = 13 - 24 = - 11 (+ 26) = [15]

Encoding

Steps to calculate the symbols numbers:

1. First identify the letter numbers with the Letters chart (Ignore the blank spaces of the sentence being encoded)
2. The first symbol number is the first letter number
3. The next symbol number is the [ANSWER] between the respective letter number plus (+) the previous [ANSWER]
   • If the [ANSWER] is more than 25, you must subtract (-) 26
4. Repeat the step 3 with all the next letter numbers

Then you take the [symbol numbers] and assign the respective symbols of the AA2 chart

Encoding AA2 Example:

T F P = 19, 5, 15

T = 19 = [19]
F = 5 + 19 = [24],
P = 15 + 24 = 39 (- 26) = [13]
